As of May 7, my book has officially launched—and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate than participating in the Greater Pittsburgh Festival of Books.

Last Saturday, I hosted my own table alongside about thirty fellow authors in the “Writer’s Row” area. All told, the event attracted an estimated 3,000 attendees!

After wrapping up at Writer’s Row, I served as the moderator for one of the festival’s many panels, an hour-long session featuring two memoirists. Joseph Earl Thomas and Prachi Gupta had a great conversation about their memoirs SINK and THEY CALLED US EXCEPTIONAL, which were both published in 2023.
